Are there credit card transaction fees?
Yes. Like every payment taken online nowadays, RegFox has standard credit card processing fees of 2.9% + 30¢ with our in house payment processor, Webconnex Payments.
Is there a cap on the fees?
Yes, even for the most expensive event, fees are capped at $5.99 per registrant (capped at $4.99 for the Standard plan). Take that, Eventbrite.
Is your pricing “per attendee”?

How do I get paid?
Once you've created a page you will need to set up a Payment Processor that connects to your account and allows you to receive payments for your events. Click here for more information and how to get paid.
How often can I get paid with RegFox?
Weekly! Unlike many other event registration companies who make you wait until after your event to get paid, we offer weekly payouts directly to your bank account.
What payment processors can I use?
