I dislike everything about Cvent Registration. The inability to automatically generate receipts and invoices without requiring assistance from the helpdesk to create one that is clunky and unintuitive... It has actually increased my workload.

"Terrible software for marketing"
..can't wait to leave because they literally make it impossible to work with them. Their cs team is rude. Terrible customer experience. They will nickel and dime you for everything. No integrations to marketing automation. Be prepared to pay at least 8k to be connected just to have them use another third party. Best to not use them.

"We will never use Cvent again"
When Cvent took over, the customer service disappeared. When we were able to reach someone, the language barrier made it difficult to accomplish anything. We left the company for another similar service. Cvent then began to "find open invoices" and began to harass us daily. Finally, we sent them money only for them to issue us a credit because "there are no open invoices in the system". Now, over 6 months later, we are getting the "open invoices" emails again. We may resort to legal action to get rid of this company.

"Extremely disappointed"
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I was charged for the remainder of a contract even though I never used the software as it was not a good user experience and the customer service throughout the process was poor and unhelpful. What makes this worse is that I had an email confirming that my subscription would not renew, yet they said that i was going to renew without a signed agreement from both parties. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company proceed with extreme caution and use an ethical company.

"Don't waste your budget"
Cvent has been extremely frustrating to work with. The platform is overly complicated, with too many unnecessary steps for even the simplest tasks. It’s slow, clunky, and often times out, forcing you to redo the same actions multiple times...On top of that, the user experience feels outdated and unintuitive, making everyday use a constant struggle. For the price and effort required, the value just isn’t there. Also, can't forget to mention the support and the escalation teams lack the knowledge and expertise.
