"We will never use Cvent again"
When Cvent took over, the customer service disappeared. When we were able to reach someone, the language barrier made it difficult to accomplish anything. We left the company for another similar service. Cvent then began to "find open invoices" and began to harass us daily. Finally, we sent them money only for them to issue us a credit because "there are no open invoices in the system". Now, over 6 months later, we are getting the "open invoices" emails again. We may resort to legal action to get rid of this company.
