When you're trying to do something unique with your registration, the customer service is exceptional. I used the chat feature embedded on the site, and was actually conversing with a real person who paid attention to what I was wanting to do. Rather than just give me a rote/canned response, Maddy logically thought through to my end game and then sent me a video tutorial showing me how to do what she'd recommend.

Anytime I have a question, a problem, or need advice on how to set up my event's webpage I am ALWAYS able to reach someone at RegFox and they're always able to help me out! I've hosted two events through RegFox, and both have helped make event registration process SO simple! I can't imagine using anything else now.
