What is RegFox’s pricing?
RegFox pricing is simple. Just 99¢ + 1% per paid registration (that you can pass on to your attendees.)
Do you have platform, setup, licensing, annual, or support fees?
Nope, nada, zilch.
Are there credit card transaction fees?
Yes. Like every payment taken online nowadays, RegFox has standard credit card processing fees of 2.9% + 30¢.
Is there a cap on the fees?
Yes. Even for the most expensive event, fees are capped at $4.99 per registrant. Take that, Eventbrite.
Are there any fees for free events?
If you’ve run previously paid events with RegFox, free events are absolutely free.
Is your pricing “per attendee”?
Yes, RegFox is just a flat 99¢ + 1% fee per paid registrant plus standard credit card processing rates of 2.9% + 30¢.
How do I get paid?
Once you've created a page you will need to set up a Payment Processor that connects to your account and allows you to receive payments for your events. Click here for more information and how to get paid.
How often can I get paid with RegFox?
Weekly! Unlike many other event registration companies who make you wait until after your event to get paid, we offer weekly payouts directly to your bank account.
What payment processors can I use?
Most customers use our in-house processor, Webconnex Payments. But you’re also welcome to use Stripe, Authorize.net, NMI, Paya, Cybersource, Payflow Pro, and SecureNet. Learn more about all the processors and fees here.
