Before RegFox, parents were required to drive to the office to fill out paperwork on the first day of camp, or they had to mail in their forms before the deadline. As you can probably imagine, this played out in long lines, lost forms, and grumpy parents and kids.

Now, with RegFox, the entire registration process, including the waiver, is online and only takes a few minutes to complete. By eliminating the dreaded day of registration hassles, young kids can splash straight to the fun on the water, and parents avoid long lines and missed forms; everybody wins!

2. Happier Staff

Kelly explained that the switch to RegFox not only helped make registration a breeze but it also removed headaches from other aspects of event organizing. “It’s made our camp sign-ups, reporting, and even taking payments a lot easier on our office and staff,” she said. With the staff less bogged down by event logistics, they’ve had more time to focus on what really matters, like creating unforgettable experiences for their kids. 

3. Better Marketing and Attendance

When NAC moved their registration online, they added a link to registration on their Instagram, Facebook, and website. Not surprisingly, they saw a massive spike in attendance. “We’re getting more signups now because it’s easier,” Kelly adds. Sometimes, event success is as simple as removing barriers and boosting visibility. RegFox helped them accomplish both goals.
