HOW IS REGFOX DIFFERENT THAN OTHER ONLINE REGISTRATION PROVIDERS?
RegFox gives you total control over every element of the registration process. You’re free to tailor your look, manage pricing, set convenience fees, review data and more. We give you the freedom to design the registration process as you see fit. No one else puts you behind the wheel of your event like we do.
WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?
Our price is one of the most affordable rates in the industry. Our pricing starts at only $19/month and $0.79 cents per registrant. Compare that to $3.95-$12.95 with some of the leading registration companies. You can see our pricing options and packages here.
WHAT ABOUT A PERCENTAGE FEE?
We will never charge you a convenience fee for our services. We give provide customers with the freedom to select your own credit card processor. You essentially have a personalized gateway for receiving funds, managing refunds and processing cancellations. Other registration providers will charge 1% simply to use your own gateway! That's a rip off. You pay your own gateway and merchant fees.
Many of our clients use Cornerstone Payment Solutions because they offer a flat 3% rate or better depending on your event. (*Cornerstone also guarantees the lowest rate on the market or they will cut you a check for $500)

WHY ARE YOUR PRICES SO MUCH LOWER?
RegFox has a different model and technology unlike other companies. We do not keep, process or hold your event funds thus sparing us the need to maintain a large administrative staff. Our computer systems utilize a lot of really cool automated features which allow us to serve a wide range of clients at a minimal expense. Our technology is better, simpler and more efficient allowing us to offer online registration at a fraction of the cost.
HOW AND WHEN DO I GET PAID?
No more waiting 3-4 weeks for a check in the mail! RegFox links with your merchant account so your funds go directly to you within 2-3 business days.
DO I HAVE TO CHARGE A CONVENIENCE FEE?
No. You have the ability to set the “convenience” fee to be whatever you’d like. Or, choose not to include one at all. Either way, 100% of the funds go directly to you! Go to our Demo Page and watch the video on how to setup, manage and edit your own convenience fee.
HOW DO I GET BILLED?
Each month you will receive an invoice from RegFox for the monthly fee and number of registrants.
DO MY PARTICIPANTS HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO REGISTER?
Speaking from experience, we feel the less hoops your participants have to jump through the better. However, this feature is available on RegFox should you require account registration for your event. (95% of our clients do not use participant accounts)
DO YOU SELL, SHARE, LICENSE OR SPAM OUR REGISTRANTS?
Never! We hate spam as much as they do. You own all of your data and we will never sell or share it with anyone.
CAN I MAKE MY ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM LOOK LIKE MY WEBSITE?
